aka Gabriel Lovemore, The Coherent Coach

I’ve always been a guide, sometimes by calling, sometimes by circumstance.
For over four decades I’ve walked with people through change:
from refugee camps to yoga ashrams, boardrooms to medicine circles.

To me, life has always been an adventure, full of twists, turns, and the occasional dragon.
The point isn’t to avoid the dragon, but to meet it awake.

After a decade of psychedelic facilitation, the medicine itself whispered,
“I was only your training wheels. The magic is in you.”
That’s how The Coherent Coach was born, a way to share the same depth through presence alone.

We’re all living through an extraordinary turning point, individually and collectively.
Our behaviors, fears, and shadows are messengers calling us back into harmony
with the intelligence that runs through all things.

I don’t stand apart from that process.
I face the same challenges as everyone, using moments of clarity and humility to navigate.
When we meet, I don’t bring a method, I bring a mirror.

My hope is that you remember what I’ve discovered too:
everything you seek already lives within you.
